This Refund and Returns Policy forms part of our Website Terms and Conditions. By purchasing from New Ideaz (Pty) Ltd, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Website.

“Goods” refer to any physical or digital products sold via our website.

“We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to New Ideas (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2018/344699/07.

“You” or “User” refers to any individual accessing or purchasing from www.newideaz.co.za.

Returns
We hope you love our products, but if something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

You may return physical products within 7 days of receiving them, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, seals, and labels are intact.
  • The product is in a resalable condition.

To start a return, please email us at info@newideaz.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges
If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same item.

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@newideaz.co.za.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and practicality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Digital downloads or electronically delivered content
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

Delivery Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return delivery costs.

For all other returns, you are responsible for the return delivery costs.
